Experience the power of a vapor barrier that is solid and non-breathable, ensuring maximum protection against moisture and water vapor. Encapsulated air bubbles are strategically placed between one or two highly reflective surfaces, which ensures up to 95% heat reflection. Plus, the air bubbles act as a thermal break, preventing conductive heat from passing through, further enhancing the insulation capabilities. Single Bubble Insulation can be the most inexpensive way to battle the Radiant Heat Problem in your Pole Barn Or Metal Building.
Discover the magic of RB Warehouse's double bubble insulation! Not only is it thicker and more robust than our single bubble variations, but its rigidity ensures a hassle-free installation while minimizing sagging. Experience enhanced thermal protection against conductive heat transfer, ensuring your building stays cozy. Plus, with up to 95% reflectivity across our range, the foil/white options give your ceiling an elegant finish. Choose double bubble for the perfect blend of efficiency & aesthetic. Double Bubble Insulation is a better choice over single bubble when trying to achieve a higher R-Value.
Revolutionize your building's insulation with RB Warehouse's Super Bubble™ Insulation, a game-changer at 1” thick—four times the standard—for unmatched thermal and sound insulation. Engineered with a foam core for noise absorption and superior energy conservation, it also doubles as a vapor barrier with an impressive 5-R-Value per inch and dual reflectivity layers.
Most Manufactures require at least an inch of dead air space in between their bubble insulation and the metal sheathing of a Metal Building or Pole Barn. Super Bubble™ can be installed directly to the metal of your Pole Barn or Metal Building, or installed with an additional airspace to increase the R-Value per inch of trapped air. Welcome to RB Warehouse, the home of innovative insulation solutions.
Our Reflective Bubble Insulation is The Gold Standard in the insulation industry, designed with encapsulated air bubbles between highly reflective surfaces on one or both sides. These air bubbles provide a powerful thermal break to impede conductive heat transfer, while the reflective surfaces are engineered to deflect up to 95% of radiant heat, keeping your space cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Bubble Insulation is also commonly referred to as Bubble Wrap Insulation, as well. Bubble Wrap Insulation was developed decades ago by adding aluminum coatings onto common shipping bubbles. The industry quickly discovered that the product needed a heavier-duty plastic to prevent the bubbles from collapsing. Plus, the industry discovered the plastic material needed UV inhibitors to prevent delamination. Most manufacturers changed the name of Bubble Wrap material to Reflective Bubble Insulation to show the new features of the product. RB Warehouse features all the new technologies in its Reflective Bubble Insulations, and we made some innovative changes of our own with Super Bubble™.
All of our Reflective Bubble Insulations have many applications: it has used in Pole Barns, Metal Buildings, Carports, Barndominiums, Residential Homes, Cold Storage Facilities, and food delivery containers, just to name a few.
Applying Reflective Bubble Insulation in Pole Barns and Metal Buildings has been our most time-tested application of the products. Pole Barns and Metal Buildings are very difficult to economically insulate with just conductive insulation (like fiberglass or spray-foam insulations) because they are wrapped with metal sheathing. The metal sheathing absorbs a tremendous amount of radiation from the sun and that heat is radiated through the fiberglass and foam insulation. Since Fiberglass and Foam are highly emissive, the radiation is quickly transferred into the structure. Air-conditioning tricks our brain into thinking the radiation heat isn't in our building, but it is slowly seeping out of the fiberglass or foam and into your space! Adding an insulation with Radiant Barrier to your Pole Barn or Metal Building is the most economical way to battle the radiant heat gain..
We offer a variety of insulation solutions tailored to your unique needs. For the cost-conscious consumer, we have a range of affordable options. The white surface of the Bubble Foil/White is excellent for a smooth, durable ceiling or for perfectly aesthetic walls, while the Foil/Foil variation is ideal for use inside finished walls.
Need a sturdier solution? Opt for our Double Bubble Foil/White, Foil/Foil. Thicker and stiffer than single bubble variations, these insulation types not only provide a better thermal break but also ensure easier installation and reduced sagging. With a beautiful, superior finish, the Foil/White versions enhance the aesthetics of your ceiling and walls. Alternatively, choose our Foil/Foil option for enhanced protection from solar radiation!
Finally, the top-tier choice is Super Bubble™. This is a double bubble insulation with much larger bubbles (giving it a higher R-value due to the increased trapped air; the two bubble layers surround a core of EPE foam, which helps deaden sound, offers superior fire protection, and also increases the R-value. It also includes several layers of radiant barrier to stop up to 95% of radiative heat gain.
RB Warehouse is proud of its advancements in bubble insulation technology. All our Bubble Insulation products are Made in the USA, as we strive to re-shore all our products' manufacturing to the United States! Furthermore, all our Bubble Insulation solutions are vapor barriers, effectively reducing moisture condensation and blocking water vapor.
Remember, when it comes to insulation, RB Warehouse is your trusted partner in achieving energy efficiency, comfort, and savings. Always consult professionals and adhere to local building codes when undertaking insulation projects. Choose RB Warehouse and enjoy a future of comfortable living.
